안녕하세요 원장님 코에 비후성반흔 흉터가 사진에서와 같이 넓게 튀어나와있는데요. 이런식으로 넓게 튀어올라온 흉터같은경우는 좁게 튀어나온 흉터보다 치료가 어려울까요? 치료 사진을 보면 레이저를 점처럼 좁게 쏘시는 거 같은데 넓은흉터는 어떤식으로 치료하시는지 궁긍합니다. 그리고 혹시 기계박피를 코 비후성반흔 치료방법으로 쓰는 것에 대해서 원장님의 의견이 궁금합니다. 일반인으로서는 기계박피는 코에 울퉁불퉁한 걸 한번에 갈아버려서 뭔가 코가 매끈해질것같다는 생각이 드는데 현재 잘 안쓰는 치료법인걸 보면 부작용이 많다는 뜻인거겠죠? 제 코의 상태로 보아 원장님의 치료법으로 말끔한 코가 될 수있을가요? ㅠㅠ 너무 큰 스트레스입니다 ㅠ 그리고 대략적인 비용도 알려주시길 바랍니다.

아무래도 크기가 큰 흉터를 다 깎아 낼 경우 재생이 잘 되지 않을 가능성이 있습니다.
그래서 그런 경우에는 흉터를 한번에 깎지 않고 나눠서 깎아 냅니다.
사진에서 보이는 정도라면 한번에 다 깎을 수 있을 것으로 생각하는데
정확한 것은 직접 상태를 봐야 알 수 있습니다.
기계 박피는 전혀 바람직하지 않습니다.
코의 흉터는 속으로 깊기 때문에 튀어 나온 부위만 갈아 낸다고 해서 좋아지지 않습니다.
기계 박피는 깊이 조절이 쉽지 않아서 부작용 우려가 많습니다.
실제로 코의 비후성 흉터를 치료하기 위해 기계 박피를 받은 후에
오히려 전보다 더 심한 흉터가 생겨서 저의 병원에 오신 분도 있었습니다.
그리고 튀어 나온 부위만 깎아 낼 목적이라 해도
