코의 블랙 헤드는 털이 나오는 모공에 각질이 차 있으면서
털이 여러 개가 한 모공에 나오면서 나타나는 현상입니다.
진공을 이용해서 피지와 각질을 뽑아 내면서 피지 분비를 줄여주는 PPX 치료와
털을 없애주는 제모 레이저 치료를 병행해서 5-6회 정도 시행하면 좋아질 수 있습니다.
코의 비후성 흉터를 치료하는 과정은 다음과 같습니다.
일단 흉터를 깊게 깎아냅니다.
표면만 편평해 지도록 깎아서는
남은 흉터가 증식하면서 다시 그대로 재발하기 때문입니다.
이렇게 깎아 낸 후에는 상처가 아물자 마자 바로(깎아 내고 1주 후부터)
흉터 예방을 위한 레이저 치료를 시작합니다.
이렇게 2주 정도 간격으로 여러 차례(대개 5회 정도) 흉터예방 치료를 하면
흉터가 다시 올라 오지 않고 좋아지는 경우가 대부분입니다.
처음 치료를 할 때는 흉터를 깎아 내야 하므로
듀오덤이라는 드레싱을 1주일 정도 붙여야 합니다.
꼭 붙여야 하는 것은 아니지만 붙이면 피부 재생에 도움이 됩니다.
이렇게 듀오덤을 붙이고 있어야 하기 때문에 처음 치료하고 1주일 정도는 표시가 많이 납니다.
듀오덤이 일찍 떨어질 경우 딱지와 진물이 나기 때문에 표시가 꽤 나고요.
세수나 샤워 등 일상생활을 할 수는 있지만 표시가 난다는 점을 감안하셔야 합니다.
흉터를 깎고 1주 후에 시작하는 예방을 위한 레이저 치료 후에는
치료 부위가 1-3일 정도 붉어지는 것 이외에 다른 불편은 없어서
