다름이 아니라 제가 미노씬을 처방 받아 복용 하고 있습니다. 염증성 여드름이 올라올때만 복용하라고 하셔서, 불규칙적으로 3~7일에 한번씩 한알씩만 복용하였습니다.
미노씬을 저용량으로 복용 시 항생제 내성에 대한 우려가 많이 줄어든다고 들었는데, 그럼에도 불구하고 저처럼 찔끔찔끔 한알씩만 복용했을 때 내성의 우려가 있지 않을까 걱정이 됩니다. 한알만으로 염증이 다 들어가는 것도 아닌 것처럼 보이고 오히려 세균들이 약에 적응할 시간을 준 것같아 불안하기도 하고요. 이럴 경우 기존의 용법대로 간헐적으로 한알씩만 복용하는 것이 좋을지, 아니면 한 번 먹을때 하루에 한알씩 연속적으로 2~3일 정도는 복용해야할지 여쭙고 싶어 질문 드립니다! 읽어주셔서 감사합니다.
