그 약이 열을 떨어 뜨리는 건 아니고 교감신경 자극에 의해 혈관이 늘어나는 것을 줄여 줍니다.
혈관이 줄면 뜨거운 피가 덜 몰리니 열감이 감소할 테고요.
그 정도 용량을 복용해서는 혈압에 별 영향을 주지 않습니다.
고혈압 환자의 경우에는 좀 떨어지지만요.
