찾아보니까 미노사이클린 100mg이 독시사이클린 40mg 과 효과가 비슷하다고 되어 있는데 (참고로 제가 본 논문은 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27797396/ 입니다), 그렇다면 이것은 미노사이클린과 독시사이클린은 같은 용량 대비 효과가 다르다는 것이고 미노사이클린은 독시사이클린 용량의 두배를 먹어야 정량이 되는 것인가요? 따라서 원래 독시사이클린 하루 100mg을 먹던 사람은 미노사이클린을 200mg 먹으면 되는건가요? 즉, 한국에서 공급되는 미노씬으로 따지면 한 알에 50mg 이기 때문에 하루 네 알을 먹어야 하는 것 맞는지요?

약간의 차이는 있지만 비슷한 효과를 나타냅니다.
용량에 따른 효과도 비슷해서
독시싸이클린 100mg과 미노싸이클린 100mg의 효과가 비슷합니다.
독시싸이클린은 한 알이 100mg이고 미노싸이클린은 한 알이 50mg이란 차이가 있어서
100mg을 복용하려면 미노싸이클린은 두 알을 복용하게 됩니다.
찾아 보신 자료에 나온 독시싸이클린은 일반적인 독시싸이클린이 아니라
