독시/미노씬 등 항생제 복용량 문의드립니다.

보통 항생제로서의 정량은 1일 100mg 2회 = 총 200mg로 알고 있고
주사 치료 등 피부 질환에는 1일 50~100mg 로 알고 있습니다.

궁금한 것이 1일100mg 복용량( 즉 독시 1정)이면 저용량이므로 장기 복용에 안전하다고 볼 수 있을 가요?
그리고 50mg 하루 두번 복용량과 100mg 하루 한 번 복용이 큰 차이가 있나요?

항생제 용량은 어떤 목적으로 치료하느냐에 따라 달라지는데
여드름 치료나 주사 치료를 할 때 항생제 효과를 나타내는 정량은 하루 100mg입니다.

이 용량으로 계속 사용할 경우 항생제 내성이나 장내 좋은 세균이 줄어드는 문제가 생길 수 있습니다.

50mg 하루 두 번 복용과 100mg 하루 한 번 복용에 큰 차이는 없습니다.
