2018년 즈음 눈꺼풀에 접촉성피부염이 발생하여 피부과에서 스테로이드 안연고를 처방 받았습니다
연고를 며칠 바르니 나아졌지만 몇달 뒤 또 피부염이 생겼습니다
다시 피부과를 방문하니 또 스테로이드 안연고를 주셨습니다
또 스테로이드를 며칠 바르니 괜찮아졌고 몇 달 뒤 다시 재발하였습니다
그 뒤부터는 저 스스로 피부염이 생길때마다 피부과에서 받았던 스테로이드연고를 계속해서 발랐습니다
스테로이드연고에 대한 아무런 주의점도 고지 받지 못했던 상황이어서
피부과에서 주는 약이니 발라도 괜찮겠지라는 생각으로 계속 발랐던 것 같습니다
스테로이드로연고 만으로는 완치가 되지 않았고 계속해서 바른 결과 눈꺼풀에만 있던 피부염은 생기는 주기가 점점 짧아졌고 코 옆에 피부에는 새로운 피부염이 생겼습니다(스테로이드를 넓게 펴발라서 그런 것일까요?)

그리고 접촉하면 조금씩 가렵습니다
지금도 병원에 가면 먹는 스테로이드약과 스테로이드연고 혹은 항히스타민제만 처방해주는데 이대로 가다간 나아질 기미가 보이지 않습니다

피부염의 원인이 무엇인지 알 수는 없지만
이렇게 만성적인 피부염이 되면
그 부위의 신경이 늘어나서 사소한 자극에도 가렵게 느껴서 긁게 됩니다.
글는 자극이 피부를 자극해서 더 신경이 늘어나고
결과적으로 더 가렵게 되어 긁게 되는 악순환을 하게 됩니다.
그러니 점점 치료 주기가 짧아지게 되겠지요.
치료를 충분히 해야 합니다.
치료해서 좀 좋아졌다고 중단하지 마시고
완전히 좋아질 때까지 항히스타민제를 먹고 스테로이드 연고를 발라야 합니다.
좋아진 후에 사소한 자극에 의해 재발할 수 있는데
심해질 때까지 기다리지 마시고 바로 치료해서 금방 좋아지게 해야 합니다.
이렇게 적극적으로 치료하면 점차 늘어난 신경이 줄면서 자극에 덜 예민해ㅈ지고
결과적으로 피부염 발생도 줄어들 수 있습니다.
