Cetirizine이나 rolatadine을 구입해서 하루 한 알 복용하면 됩니다.
혹시 이 용량으로 잘 콘트롤되지 않을 경우 하루 두 알을 복용하셔도 괜찮습니다.
그런데 두드러기가 아니라 다른 문제 즉, 알러지 등에 의한 피부염이 생긴 것이라면
항 히스타민제 만으로 좋아지기 어렵습니다.
이 경우라면 스테로이드 연고를 사용해야 하는데
처방 없이 구할 수 있는 것은 hydrocortisone cream입니다.
