안녕하세요 13년째 지루성피부염을 앓고 있는 20대 여자입니다.
처음엔 피부과에서 처방 받은 약을 먹으면 금방 금방 나았는데 지금은 약을 먹어도 증상 호전이 별로 없습니다. 게다가 최근엔 안면홍조가 많이 심해져 안면 열감과 따가움,가려움증 때문에 일상에 지장을 줄 정도라 많이 힘듭니다. 보통 2-3시간이면 열감이 가라앉았는데 지금은 3일째 얼굴 열이 빠지지가 않네요.. 근본적인 치료를 하고 싶은데 혹시 가능할까요..?

주사와 지루 피부염을 같이 앓는 경우가 흔합니다.
이 때 피부염 치료를 위해 스테로이드 연고를 자주 사용하면 주사가 악화될 수 있어서 주의가 필요합니다.
주사는 치료하면 좋아질 수 있습니다.
얼굴이 붉어지는 자극을 가능한 피하고
먹는 약과 바르는 약을 사용하면서
IPL 같은 레이저 치료를 하면 좋아질 수 있습니다.
주사에 바르는 연고 중에 피부염도 같이 좋아지도록 하는 연고가 있어서
이 연고를 꾸준히 바르면 주사와 피부염 치료 둘 다에 도움이 될 수 있습니다.
