레[이저 빛이 피부에 어느 정도 깊이로 들어가느냐는 빛의 파장과 관계가 있습니다.
파장이 길수록 깊이 들어 갑니다.
일반적으로 혈관 치료에 많이 사용하는 파장은 590nm 정도입니다.
532나 577nm 파장의 빛이 혈관에 흡수는 잘 되지만
590에 비해 파장이 짧아서 정작 혈관이 분포되어 있는 피부 층까지 도달하기 어렵습니다.
일단 혈관에 도달해야 흡수가 되는데 그게 잘 되지 않는 것이지요.
그렇다고 해서 577nm 파장을 사용하는 레이저가 혈관 치료에 전혀 효과가 없다는 것은 아닙니다.
각각의 레이저들이 장단점이 있는데
그 장단점을 잘 이해하고 주사라는 병의 병태 생리에 맞게 적절히 치료할 수 있다면
좋은 효과를 나타낼 수 있습니다.
저는 주로 IPL로 치료하는데 IPL로 치료한다고 해서 무조건 좋은 효과가 나타나는 것이 아닙니다.
IPL은 조절할 수 있는 치료 변수가 많아서 잘 조절해서 사용할 경우 뛰어난 효과를 나타낼 수 있습니다.
하지만 조절을 잘 하지 못하면 오히려 부작용이 생기거나 효과가 미미할 수도 있습니다.
어떤 레이저로 치료하든 치료가 잘 되면 즉, 치료 효과가 높다면
재발하는데 시간이 오래 걸립니다. 좋은 효과가 오래 지속한다는 의미입니다.

일단 좋아지면 주사 자체가 좋아진 것입니다.
