안녕하세요! 작년 여름부터 더운날 피티운동한 이후로 평시홍조가 생긴 사람입니다..ㅠ
최근에 지역에서 나름 큰 피부과(피부과전문의4명)가서 진료 받았는데요..
첫번째 진료해주신 원장님은 마스크벗고 상태 얘기해주자 주사피부염이라고 하셨어요.
근데 대표원장이 레이저를 잘 하신다길래 대표원장님께 두번째 진료를 받았는데 그 땐 약 처방 받으려고 피부 진단기로 사진 찍었어요.
결과는 피지가 엄청 많고 균도 많다고 그로인한 홍조일수도 있다고 하셨는데 연고를 모낭염 연고를 주시길래
주사피부염 아니냐고 여쭤보니 주사피부염계열이라고만 하고 확고하게는 말을 안하시더라구요
또 혈관성홍조 아니냐 물어보니까 혈관은 안보이니깐 모공성홍조다 라고 하시더라구요..
제가 주사피부가 아니라 모낭염이어서 그렇게 말씀하시는 건가 싶기도 하더라구요..
첫 진료때 주사피부염진단해주신 분은 ldm관리5회 받고 브이빔3회 받으라하셨고
두번째 진료때 진단해주신 분은 ldm10회+HCL?10회(피부과전문의끼리 개발한 민감한 피부도 할 수 있는 허브천연필링이래요 피지가 많아서 모공청소가 꼭 필요하다고 하더라구요.)를 하고 브이빔레이저를 하라고 하시더라구요.
근데 첫번째 의사는 저자극필링도 하면 안된다구 했는데..
어떻게 하는게 맞는걸까요..?

사진만 보고 진단하는 것은 정확하지 않습니다.
사진 상으로 모낭염이 의심되는 소견은 없는 것 같습니다.
전체적으로 홍반이 있어서 주사로 진단할 수 있는 소견입니다.
거기에 더해서 모낭충증이 의심되는 소견이 사진에서 보입니다.
주사 환자의 경우 일반인들에 비해 모낭충이 많이 증식되어 있습니다.
피부과 전문의라 해도 치료 경험과 주로 관심갖고 진료하는 분야가 다르기 때문에
진단과 치료가 다를 수 있습니다.
저의 병원에서 하는 주사 치료의 기본은
얼굴이 붉어지는 자극을 가능한 피하도록 하면서(그래서 필링을 가능한 하지 않습니다)
먹는 약과 바르는 약을 사용하고
가능하면 IPL 같은 치료를 합니다.
주사의 심한 정도나 모낭충증의 동반 여부에 따라 약을 달리 사용하게 됩니다.
