30대 중반의 여성입니다. 작년9월에 얼굴에 오톨도톨 생기는것 때문에 피부과를 갔는데 접촉성 피부염이라는 진단을 받아서 약과 주사를 맞았습니다. 치료 받을때는 좋아지고 시간이 지나면 또 올라와 약을 먹길 수차례 나중에는 약을 먹고 주사를 맞고 연고를 발라도 안들어가니까 대학병원에 가보라고 소견서를 써주시더라고오 그래서 대학병원에 갔더니 병명이 주사라고 합니다.
지금은 안명홍조도 심하고 구진도 넘 심하여 이마빼고 다 오톨도톨 합니다. 재생크림과 물비누를 처방 받았고 먹는 약 2종류를 처방 받았으며 레이져 치료(브이빔)를 두번 받았습니다. 홍조는 약간 좋아진것 같은데 구진은 점점 번지고 있습니다. 의사선생님께 물어봐도 시원한 대답을 못들어 상담드립니다. 예전엔 얼굴에 여드름도 안나는 피부였는데 얼굴이 화상입은것 처럼 징그럽고 무섭습니다. 원래대로 돌아갈수 있는 것입니까?

    하지만 우리 나라 사람들에게도 이런 염증성 주사가 생길 수 있습니다.

    치료 원칙은 동일합니다.
    염증성 주사도 결국은 혈관이 많이 늘어나서 생기는 것이기 때문입니다.
    얼굴이 붉어지는 자극을 피하고
    먹는 약과 바르는 약을 사용하면서
    IPL 같은 레이저 치료를 합니다.
    이 때 피부 상태에 따라 먹는 약이나 바르는 약을 조절하게 됩니다.

    일반적으로는 치료를 시작했을 때 여드름처럼 생기는 염증성 구진, 농포들이 더 먼저 좋아집니다.
    하지만 드물게 반응이 떨어져서 홍조가 좋아지더라도 염증성 구진이 계속 되기도 하는데
    이 때는 여드름 치료에 주로 사용되는 PDT 치료를 할 수도 있습니다.
