첨부의 사진처럼 양쪽 볼이 불그스레한 상황으로 여학생이 사진 찍기도 싫어하고 예민한 상태입니다.

    일단 사진만 봐서 어떤 문제가 있는지 확실하게 알기는 어렵습니다.
    사진의 화질도 그렇고 양 볼을 각각 측면에서 찍은 사진도 아니어서요.
    그리고 그렇게 찍었다 해도 실제 피부를 보고 진찰하는 것과는 차이가 있으며
    피부에 나타나는 증상을 확인하는 것도 중요합니다.

    사진만 봐서는 좌측 볼에 둥그렇게 있는 반점은 혈관이 늘어나서 붉게 보이는 것이 아니라
    뭔가 색소 질환이 있는 것처럼 보이거든요.
    만일 이게 실제로는 붉게 보이는 것이고 양 볼에 다 있다면
    피부의 혈관이 잘 늘어나서 생긴 안면홍조/주사가 있어서 그럴 가능성이 많습니다.
    이 경우라면 얼굴이 붉어지는 자극을 가능한 피하고
    먹는 약과 바르는 약을 쓰면서
    IPL 치료를 해서 늘어난 혈관을 줄여주면 좋아질 수 있습니다.
    IPL 치료가 한번에 다 효과를 나타낼 수 없어서 5-6회 반복 치료를 해야 하는 것이 문제인데
    기회가 될 때 마다 내한해서 치료를 받으셔야 하겠네요.
    먹는 약과 바르는 약을 꾸준히 사용하면서요.
