원장님 안녕하세요 2년전에 약품도포랑 프락셀 레이저를 받았습니다. 그때 시카케어도 같이 처방받았는데 잠잘때마다 부착하라는 설명을 받았습니다. 근데 자면서 때어지고 밀착이 안되고 등등문제로 해서 제대로 못붙였는데 2년 뒤인 지금 얼굴에 과증식된? 비후성 반흔같은 다른 피부보다 올라온 흉터가 볼에 많이 있습니다. 잘보이지도 않고요 빛아래서 각도를 맞추고 봐야 정말 짜잘짜잘한게 우글거리는게 보입니다.

    흉터가 생긴 원인에 상관 없이 치료는 비슷하게 이뤄질 수 있습니다.
    프락셀 치료와 약물 도포(아마 화학박피였을 것 같은데)로 인해서 튀어 나온 흉터가 생겼다 하더라도
    다시 프락셀 류의 치료 등으로 좋아지게 할 수 있습니다.
    물론 같은 기기를 사용하더라도 치료 방법에 있어서는 차이가 있지만요.

    그런데, 이렇게 일반적인 방법으로 치료해서는 튀어 나온 흉터가 잘 좋아지지 않습니다.
    그래서 코에 생긴 튀어 나온 여드름 흉터를 저 만의 방법으로 치료하는 것입니다.
    코에 생긴 여드름 흉터는 치료가 잘 됩니다.
    하지만 볼에 생긴 튀어 나온 흉터를 같은 방법으로 치료했을 때 좋아질 가능성은 50% 정도입니다.
    실제로 점 치료 후에 생긴 튀어 나온 흉터나 여드름 후에 볼에 생긴 흉터 등을 같은 방법으로 치료했을 때
    좋아지기도 하지만 다시 재발하는 경우도 있습니다.
    이런 케이스들이 아주 많지는 않아서 정확한 통계를 제시하기도 쉽지 않습니다.
    흉터의 크기나 튀어 나온 정도 그리고 어느 부위에 생긴 것인 지 등등에 따라 효과가 달라질 수 있어서요.

    결국 치료를 해 봐야 결과를 알 수 있다고 말씀 드릴 수밖에 없습니다.

    치료 후에 회복되는 과정 중에는 치료 부위에 홍반이 생깁니다.
    이런 홍반은 시간이 지나면서 좋아집니다.
    색소 침착이 될 가능성이 전혀 없다고 말씀 드릴 수는 없지만
    아직까지는 흉터 치료 후에 색소침착이 생긴 적으 없었습니다.
